Case of Implant supported fixed prosthesis ✨️

Old prosthesis of porcelain metal was removed and Implants were placed in upper and lower jaw, which were fixed with beautiful Zirconia fixed prosthesis 💎

24 year old patient, had broken tooth. He asked for an excellent esthetic crown.
We gave him zirconia crown with perfect shade match!
So happy to see him smile again ☺️👍🫶

This patient had problems in teeth yellowish discolouration and different bridges of porcelain metal bridge. We replaced them with zirconia crowns and bridges!
Old porcelain metal prosthesis needs to be placed in 10 years
It is better to have zirconia! It is more long lasting and better esthetics

Behind the scenes! 🫶

All the cases are very close to my heart, but patients who trust me and are genuinely nice human beings.😊

The respect they give, means alot to me. I thank Allah.. forever grateful.🙏

So, this uncle came to us with faulty prosthesis all over his mouth. Broken porcelain, poor aesthetics.😔

Initially he just wanted 4 implants on the lower right side, but then he decided to replace his old prosthesis with zirconia bridge.

On removing the upper long span bridge, all the teeth were grossly infected and mobile. So had to be extracted.
Eventually we had to with full- arch implant supported prosthesis ✨️💎

The best treatment plan with longterm good prognosis is the zirconia crowns.
Zirconia crowns with high strength in posterior teeth and esthetic in anterior teeth ✨️💎

Implant supported prosthesis ✨️

Anterior tooth implant with zirconia crown.

Young patient with the history of trauma and extraction. We rehabilitated cosmetically with 3D zirconia crown and an Implant to preserve the bone and surrounding teeth. Patient was happy and satisfied! Alhumdullilah
