Get scaling done after every 6 months to avoid bad breath and bleeding gums.

Always change your toothbrush after 3 to 4 months and make sure to always buy extra soft toothbrushes to avoid damage to the gums!

No matter how much or how accurately you brush your teeth, plaque and calculus will get accumulated in your oral cavity, which in turn cause bad breath and bleeding gums, that is why it is recommended to get full mouth scaling done once every 6 months. If not plaque and calculus may cause weakening of teeth, causing huge gaps between teeth and making them mobile eventually.
