A Case of soft tissue augmentation around dental implants:
Keratinized attached gingival tissue is utmost important around teeth and implants for their longevity. Implants in posterior mandible and maxilla usually needs better quality of soft tissue not only because of protection but for increased vestibular depth so that patient can easily maintain oral hygiene.
I have done this case a year ago, In this case one can clearly see the benefits of grafting even after one year. Better plaque control, adequate space for brush, minimal soft tissue inflammation all this we can achieve with giving better soft tissue quality around teeth and implants.
