Only PMDC-Registered Doctors & Dentists Are Legally Allowed to Practice

The Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC) has issued a strict notice:
👉 No medical or dental practitioner can work without a valid PMDC registration.
👉 No other academy, institute, or association can issue licenses for practicing medicine or dentistry.
👉 Any treatment, prescription, or medical certificate issued by an unregistered person is INVALID under Section-42 of the PM&DC Act 2022.

PMDC has also announced that after the 3-month grace period:
⚠️ Names of all unregistered practitioners will be published publicly
⚠️ Legal action will be taken against anyone practicing without a valid license
⚠️ All hospitals, clinics, and healthcare commissions must ensure ONLY PMDC-registered professionals are allowed to work
