💪 Avoid Strenuous Exercise After Tooth Extraction
Right after your tooth extraction, intense physical activity like running, weightlifting, or vigorous workouts can increase blood flow and pressure in your mouth, which may cause more bleeding from the extraction site. 🩸
To give your mouth time to heal properly:
Opt for light walking or gentle movement instead.
Rest, hydrate, and let your body focus on healing. ✅

💡 Dental Tip: After a tooth extraction, avoid using a straw for at least 7–10 days. The suction can dislodge the blood clot that protects the healing socket, leading to a painful dry socket.

Akala mo harmless? Ice chewing can crack your smile!

Over time, nagiging cause ito ng tooth sensitivity, cracks, at minsan pati broken tooth! 🙀🙀

🦷 Never use superglue to fix your dentures!
It might seem like a quick and clever fix, but superglue is one of the worst things you can put in your mouth. 🤢🤮

Cavities can actually spread from one person to another, not the holes themselves, but the bacteria that cause them! 😲

💙 Brush regularly, limit sugary food, avoid sharing utensils, at huwag kalimutang magpa-dental checkup! A healthy smile protects everyone. ✨

Ang wisdom teeth usually lumalabas between 17 to 25 years old.
Regular dental check-ups help keep your oral health in its best condition! ✨

Time for a New Brush? Keep Your Smile Fresh! 😁✨

Replace your toothbrush every 3–4 months! 🪥⏳
Over time, toothbrush bristles become frayed and worn, making them less effective at removing plaque and food particles. Using an old toothbrush can also harbor bacteria, which may contribute to oral health problems.
To keep your teeth and gums healthy, make it a habit to replace your toothbrush regularly or sooner if the bristles look worn!

✨ Dental Tip of the Day:

Chewing sugar-free gum after meals isn’t just a habit, it’s a simple way to protect your teeth! 🍃🦷
When you chew, your mouth produces more saliva. Saliva naturally helps wash away food particles and acids that cause cavities. It also neutralizes harmful bacteria and keeps your breath fresh.
Next time you finish a meal, grab a piece of sugar-free gum. Your teeth and gums will thank you. 😁
