"PREVENTION is better than CURE".
If you feel something awful about your teeth, like sensitivity in drinking cold water or ice cream; or even sour fruits or citrus... don't hesitate to visit your dentist, who can gives comfort inside and out...

Let your teeth checked by your Dentist, because your teeth's second layer called Dentin has already exposed, either caused by caries or due to horizontal toothbrushing abrasion.

Treatment would be restoration or filling (pasta) and/or desensitizing toothpaste can do.

The Most sensitive dental caries is Class V, the cervical abrasion created by wrong toothbrushing technique (horizontal way of brushing).

To Prevent this, you have to correct your toothbrushing technique...
How is it?... Brush your teeth vertically, UP and DOWN, from gingiva towards teeth... with slight rotation.

In that way, you will enjoy cold foods and beverages without suffering from sensitivity.

So, do it now... Upon knowing the correct toothbrushing.
