💡 Bakit?
✅ May moisture na ang saliva natin.
✅ May moisture na rin ang toothpaste mismo.
✅ Puwede mong ilagay ang toothpaste directly sa dry toothbrush!

🦷 Bonus tip: Gumamit ng toothpaste na may fluoride at magsipilyo nang 2 minutes, twice a day. After brushing, spit out the excess toothpaste at iwasang magmumog agad ng tubig para hindi agad ma-wash away ang fluoride. 😉
