The first phase is diagnosis. Get yourself scanned. CBCT is needed for a good diagnosis! CBCT cost is around 6 to 8k php.
2nd is treatment planning you need to present the cbct cd or dicom file to us to see if the site is ready to accept the implant, if not you may need bone regeneration surgery and or sinus lifting surge ry. The cost is from 30k php per cc. So the cost is dependent on the amount of bone you need. In the treatment planning phase you would learn how many dental implants are needed.
3rd dental implant surgery
If the site is ready to receive the implants the cost of the surgery is 35k per implant fixture or implant body.
4th abutment placement surgery and final restoration phase
A second surgery is needed to put the abutment and have the crown milled.
Abutment cost 10k php
