Open Gingival Embrasures are the visible spaces between teeth near the gum line. It has a lot of possible causes but for this case it’s the Tooth shape (triangular teeth leave more space at the base).
Treatment options were presented, eventually composite bonding was chosen while preparing for future direct veneers 🙂
