We have observed an increasing number of patients canceling appointments without prior notice—or not showing up at all. This behavior significantly disrupts our clinic schedule and affects other patients who are waiting for available slots.

Effective March 26, 2026, a ₱200 reservation fee will be strictly required to secure your appointment. This fee is fully refundable upon your arrival on your scheduled date.

Please be advised:
• Appointments without a reservation fee will not be confirmed
• Failure to show up or cancel in advance may result in forfeiture of the reservation fee
• Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments
