Tips for Dental Care

1. Brush your teeth twice a day and ideally after every meal.

2. Use medium toothbrush, its more gentle on your gums.

3. Brush the inside and chewing surface of your teeth.

4. Brush your tongue.

5.. Floss your teeth regularly.

6. Brush your teeth for at least two minutes each time you brush.

7. Avoid vigorous or harsh scrubbing, which can irritate your gums.

8. Replace your toothbrush every three or four months.

9. Use mouth wash to help reduce plaque between your teeth.

10. Visit your dentist at least two times in a year.
