Digital planning in implant surgery in this full arch rehabilitation case at Ck Lee Dental Surgery.

CBCT and intraoral scanning are important tools in digital implant planning. CBCT provides 3D information about the jawbone, bone volume, and important anatomical structures in the jaw, while intraoral scanning captures the teeth, gingiva, occlusion, and soft-tissue surfaces. By combining CBCT and intraoral scan data, we are able to create a virtual 3D model, plan the ideal prosthetic position, determine the implant position and angulation, and design a surgical guide. This provides a more accurate and prosthetically driven approach to implant surgery.

植牙手术-全口重建

CBCT 和口内扫描是数字化种植牙规划中的重要工具。CBCT 可提供颌骨、骨量以及下牙槽神经和上颌窦等重要解剖结构的三维信息，而口内扫描可记录牙齿、牙龈、咬合关系及软组织表面。通过将 CBCT与口内扫描数据进行整合，可以建立患者的 3D 三维虚拟模型，从而根据理想修复体的位置规划种植体的位置和角度，并设计手术导板，使种植牙手术更加精准和以修复为导向。

We are using digital impression scan to provide a fast, accurate, and comfortable way to capture the implant position and surrounding oral structures. Using an intraoral scanner, the implant position is precisely recorded to create a digital 3D model which later is processed to fabricate the implant-supported restoration.
