The patient presented with severe spontaneous pain in the lower left posterior region, with intense nocturnal pain that disrupted sleep.

Following a comprehensive clinical examination and pulp vitality assessment, the lower left first permanent molar was diagnosed with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis requiring root canal treatment …
Cleaning & shaping was done using rotary files ensuring debridement and copious irrigation using 5.25% Naocl to facilitate disinfection and dissolution of organic tissue 🫧
Obturation done using resin based sealer with lateral condensation technique ✅

Tooth was restored with everX Posterior fiber-reinforced composite as a dentin replacement material, followed by a direct nanohybrid composite restoration to replace the enamel and restore the tooth's anatomical form and function 🙏🏼😬
