✨ Direct Composite Restorations for Both Upper Premolars ✨
For the second premolar, Since the pulp was considered suitable for preservation, Vital Pulp Therapy (VPT) was carried out using a bioceramic putty, with the aim of maintaining the vitality of the tooth and avoiding unnecessary root canal treatment
The restorations were then completed using direct composite carefully rebuilding the shape, function of both premolars. ✨
في الحالة هذي كان الهدف مش بس نرجعوا شكل الأسنان، لكن حتى ان نحافظوا على أكبر قدر ممكن من بنية السن ونرجعوا له وظيفته وشكل الطبيعي 🙏🏼
