Comprehensive Face Beautification
1. **Cheek Augmentation**
A total of 3cc of hyaluronic acid filler was administered bilaterally to achieve three-dimensional enhancement of the midface. The injection focused on anterior cheek volume (cheek puff), zygomatic arch extension, and contour separation between the cheek and jawline to emphasize the malar prominence. This approach aligns with principles of midfacial volumization described by *Rohrich et al.* (*The Art of the Cheek: Volumetric and Structural Approaches*, 2018, p. 112–115), which highlights the importance of zygomaticotemporal transition for natural facial harmony.
2. **Jawline Refinement (Texas Square Jaw Technique)**
A total of 3cc of filler per side was strategically deposited along the mandibular angle and prejowl sulcus to correct sagging, enhance definition, and create a vertical line angle from the gonion to the menton. This technique restores the "Texas square jaw" aesthetic, as outlined in *Carruthers et al.* (*Soft Tissue Augmentation: Principles and Practice*, 2020, p. 89–93), which emphasizes angular contouring for masculinization/feminization of the lower face while adhering to the Frankfurt horizontal plane.
3. **Chin Augmentation for Proportional Balance**
The chin was augmented vertically and laterally using 1.5cc of filler to align the pogonion with the E-line (esthetic plane of Ricketts), ensuring the tip of the nose, lips, and chin edge lie on a straight line. Volume adjustment aimed to equalize the lower facial third relative to the mid and upper thirds, adhering to the neoclassical golden ratio (1:1:1). This methodology is supported by *Naini* (*Facial Aesthetics: Concepts and Clinical Diagnosis*, 2011, p. 67–71), which correlates chin projection with vertical facial proportions.
4. **Doll Lip Correction**
Despite prior suboptimal lip filler (retained per patient preference), 0.5cc of filler was injected into the Cupid’s bow and central tubercle to create a lifted "doll lip" appearance. This technique, referenced in *Swift et al.* (*Lip Rejuvenation: Beyond Volume Restoration*, 2017, p. 145–148), redistributes volume to correct disproportionality, enhance philtral columns, and achieve a rounded, youthful pout without requiring hyaluronidase dissolution.
5. **Nasolabial Fold Effacement**
Indirect correction of the nasolabial folds was achieved via midfacial volumization (see Step 1), as described by *Haddock et al.* (*The Role of Cheek Augmentation in Perioral Rejuvenation*, 2019, p. 203–205). By restoring anterior cheek support, gravitational soft-tissue descent is mitigated, reducing fold depth without direct filler placement.
