المريض أتى بعد ان تخلف عن موعده مع غير طبيب لمدة كبيرة، و بعد النصح بالرجوع لطبيب. رفض المريض. و وافق على شروطي.
إعادة تنظيف القنوات و واحدة منها مفتوحه القاعدة، تم الحشو بواسطة مسدس الحقن. و عمل حشوة ضوئية تحت العازل المطاطي.

Patient neglected his previous appointment at another practioner, refused to go back, and agreed to my terms.
BMP was done, open apex encountered. Young patient.
Root canal was done with system B.

المريض كانت تشكو من تحسس في هذا السن، و لكن ليست اعراض تستدعي علاج للعصب حسب التقييم العيادي و المرضي، تقرر إزالة الحشوة...

المريض كانت تشكو من تحسس في هذا السن، و لكن ليست اعراض تستدعي علاج للعصب حسب التقييم العيادي و المرضي، تقرر إزالة الحشوة الالملغم القديمة ليظهر تسوس من الجانبين و فطر من المنتصف.
تم عمل حشوة ضوئية تحت العازل المطاطي، و المريض تحت المراقبة، إلى الآن الوضع جيد.

Patient complains of sensitivity, with short duration pain, resolves after stimuli is removed, the old amalgam restoration was removed to reveal proximal caries, and crack extending to the palatal cusp.
Ever x was applied to strengthen the restoration, final composite restoration was done under rubber Dam isolation.

المريض كان يشكو من آلام عند دخول هواء على هذا السن، و كان محشى سابقا بحشوة الاملغم، و التي تسببت بفطر السن، بعد رفع الحش...

المريض كان يشكو من آلام عند دخول هواء على هذا السن، و كان محشى سابقا بحشوة الاملغم، و التي تسببت بفطر السن، بعد رفع الحشوة القديمة، تم إزالة الجزء المكسور، و تغطية الجزء العلوي من العصب بمادة البايوسيراميك للمحافظة على حيوية العصب.
كانت الصعوبة بالعزل، تم إزالة جزء من اللثة بجهاز قص اللثة، لأن الحشوة القديمة كانت عميقة جدا إلى عظم الفك و التي أيضا تسبب الآلام بحد ذاتها لاستحالة تنظيف المكان. تم تحت العازل المطاطي.

Patient complains of sensitivity to heat and cold, it was determined this is the tooth in question, the old amalgam was removed, it revealed crack specifically the buccal which sheered off instantly, revealing the pulp chamber which was amputated then bioceramic putty was placed on top ot it finished by placing GIC resin base to seal it off.
The difficulty as always was in isolation, it was done with saddle that was modified to extend beneath the gingiva, cauterization was also done t minimize the bleeding and to cut excess tissue.
Rubberdam isolation thus completed.
Followed by the final composite restoration.
