👄 MOUTH BREATHING & PROCLINED TEETH: WHAT IS THE RIGHT TREATMENT?

🚨 The first step is not simply correcting the teeth. We need to identify WHY the child is breathing through the mouth!

🔹 1. FIND THE UNDERLYING CAUSE 🔍
Possible causes include:
✔️ Enlarged adenoids or tonsils
✔️ Nasal allergies
✔️ Oral habits such as prolonged thumb sucking

An ENT specialist can assess possible airway problems, while a dentist or orthodontist evaluates the teeth, bite and jaw development.

🔹 2. TREAT THE AIRWAY PROBLEM 👃
