Transformation Case

Restoring more than a smile is restoring confidence.

A 45-year-old female presented with fractured anterior teeth, a discoloured old crown and significant dissatisfaction with her smile. Over time, her concerns had made her increasingly conscious of smiling.

Our approach was focused not merely on replacing damaged teeth, but on creating a natural, harmonious and age-appropriate smile while respecting facial proportions, tooth morphology and gingival aesthetics.

Through carefully planned aesthetic crowns and veneers, we were able to restore the anterior teeth and recreate a balanced, confident smile.

The most rewarding part of aesthetic dentistry is not just seeing the transformation in the teeth but seeing the transformation in the person. 🤍

Precision. Aesthetics. Natural harmony.

The goal wasn’t just to close the spaces. It was to create a smile she could feel confident wearing. ✨

With careful planning and attention to both dental health and aesthetics, we worked towards a smile that complemented her naturally, not a one-size-fits-all version of perfection.

From her concern to her confidence, we’re happy to be a part of her smile journey. 🦷

Case Scenario: The patient presented with mild discomfort in the upper right posterior region.
Radiographic examination revealed proximal caries involving tooth #15 .DME done using saddle matrix followed by composite restoration.

However, no visible signs of caries were evident on intraoral examination.

Caries detector dye was used to identify and remove the infected dentin

Soft carious dentin was excavated using a spoon excavator.

After complete caries removal, the cavity was air abraded, disinfected and prepared for direct composite restoration.

Postoperative radiograph showing the completed restoration.

Final intraoral view after direct composite restoration.

A crown isn't just about replacing a tooth, it's about recreating harmony.
Matching the cervical staining and masking the stump shade required patience and multiple shade trials. The goal wasn't a perfect white tooth, it was a crown that looked like it had always belonged there 🦷
