Case -2
Narrow deep seated ridge in a
young healthy male patient who had been wearing 4 unit Bridge for the past 12 years.
Challenge - Bone resorption
Deep seated ridge (making ridge split challanging)
Financial constraint as I wanted to make surgery and GBR as simple as possible.
Autogenous bone covered with Volumax (Ossix) was chosen as graft material of choice.
6 months later, results from
From 3 to 4 mm bone width --- 6.7mm to 7.4mm bone was formed.

Guided Bone Regeneration case
Shall be sharing few cases using different biomaterials.

From 3.7mm horizontal bone width to 8.3mm and more using 'Sausage technique.'
were used

bone graft was used
memberane was used from Geistlich India along with Autogenous Bone graft.
Bone Tacks were used from Jullunder Surgicals.

Challenges -
Thin Knife edged ridge
CBCT readings below mentioned are 2mm below ridge are 3.6mm, 3.7mm, 3.8mm etc.

Technique and key points.
🔑Decortication is key.
⚠️Flap reflection and periosteum release incision using scissors is very important for absolute tension free closure.
🤲Most important are Prayers 🙏🏼😬
