Immediate implant case 🦷

Atraumatic extraction performed, preserving the surrounding bone and soft tissue.
Implant placed in ideal 3D position freehand—no surgical guide used.

Jumping gap managed with xenograft to support bone regeneration.
A provisional composite crown was fabricated immediately to protect the graft and maintain tissue contours.

Full Mouth Rehabilitation – All-on-4 (Maxillary & Mandibular Arch)

A complete smile makeover was achieved by extracting all hopeless teeth, followed by the placement of 4 implants in each arch using the All-on-4 concept.

Today's surgical case involved extraction of grossly decayed molars followed by placement of 4 dental implants in the mandibular arch. Immediate implant placement was done with proper primary stability, followed by suturing for optimal healing. A step closer to restoring function and confidence!

Initial Bone Availability:

➡ 2.8 mm height × 3.3 mm width

Patient was keen on implant placement only.

Treatment Approach:

✔ Indirect Sinus Lift successfully performed — note the well-defined dome-shaped appearance.

✔ Ridge expansion achieved using Densah burs.

✔ A 4.0 × 10 mm implant placed with excellent primary stability at 40 Ncm torque.

✔ Grafting done with Novabone putty.

Final Result:

✅ Ideal implant positioning achieved with enhanced bone volume.
