We all know Instant noodles are not healthy, however we may still have it once in a while. Nothing wrong in that. Just sharing how you can make it a little healthy next time by adding a protein source and veggies!!
I have added peri peri Tempeh cubes from and some chopped salad leaves and cherry tomatoes!!

World Breastfeeding Week is celebrated every year in the first week of August from 1st Aug to 7th Aug.
Although support at the individual level is very important, breastfeeding must be considered a public health issue that requires investment at all levels. The concept of ‘building back better’ after the COVID 19 pandemic will provide an opportunity to create a warm chain of support for Breastfeeding that includes health systems, workplaces and communities at all levels of society. A warm chain of support will help build an enabling environment for breastfeeding and protect against industry influence.  It is time to inform, anchor, engage and galvanise action to protect breastfeeding at all levels.
But let's start at our home first and not just consider Breastfeeding a mother's job. Dads actually can do a lot to help their wives in achieving the family's Breastfeeding goals.
Every year I have seminars for pregnant women and new mothers during this week. This year I was invited by 2 dads who have started a podcast to talk about Father's role in Breastfeeding. I am amazed at the kind of work they are doing and sharing unique and inspiring stories. Link in the bio
