Anterior tooth trauma refers to injury or damage that affects the front teeth, including the incisors and canines. This type of trauma commonly occurs due to accidents, falls, sports injuries, or other impacts to the mouth. Depending on the severity, anterior tooth trauma can range from minor chips or fractures to more serious injuries involving displacement or avulsion (complete removal from its socket). Treatment includes dental restoration, bonding, root canal therapy, or in severe cases, tooth extraction and replacement with dental implants or bridges. Immediate dental evaluation is crucial to assess the extent of damage and determine the appropriate treatment. This patient presented with trauma and sinus opening I.r.t 11 ans 21 and 22. MTA apexification done followed by prosthetic replacement.
