Single Visit Root canal.
Patient was advised extraction by couple of dentist's owing to its treatment difficulty level.

I prefered to treat this difficulty and go against the odds to save the tooth.

When u encounter a tooth for Re-treatment never underestimate it's canal morphology.
The MB canal was ledged by the previous dentist,unfortunately could not bypass.
Next best option was to hunt for MB2, high chances the missed canal undergoes sclerosis in due course of time.Canal scouted and MB root cleaned till full working length.
Overall mission accomplished.

Effect of Pulp Tissue in 5% Sodium Hypochlorite from 0-45mins.
Pulp Tissue almost completely disintegrates and dissolves in the solution.
No doubt NaOCl is Gold Standard Solution in Root Canal Treatment.

2 visit Endo done in 46.
H/O of Extraction of 47 few yrs back.Residual Cyst present from the previous extraction rendering tenderness in 46 and with distal root involvement.
PA surgery planned in coming time.

2 sitting with intermediate caoh2 dressing followed by CLC technique using BC sealer.

Composite core buildup.
