James and Emin from Ballina scouts on the final leg of their Dúshlán journey spent the night with a scouting family in Tulla.

We were delighted to welcome Fionn and Finn from 120 portmarnock scout group to Tulla today. They were met on the road by one of our scout parents and directed to a scouters house where they had lunch. They plan to get to Sixmilebridge today so keep an eye out for them or other scouts travelling through Clare on their Dúshlán challenge and give them a drink, a treat, use of a bathroom, charge their phones. Every bit of kindness will make their adventure better.

Jack and Olivia from 5th mayo scouts Balina scouts in Mayo started their Dúshlán adventure in Tulla this morning and were spotted by a Tulla scouter on her way to work. They were directed to another scout leaders house where they got breakfast before continuing their journey. They are hoping to camp sround Cratloe tonight.

Congratualations to Tulla scouts Pl Chloe, APL Rory, Freya. Quillan, James, Felix and Jasmin on achiving silver standard at The Phoenix Challenge in Castle Saunderson in Cavan. Four busy days of site building, cooking & programme zones. BRAVO.

Today, 88 patrols gather in Castle Saunderson for our biggest annual event.

Wishing all the patrols the very best of luck in the Phoenix Challenge and hopefully meet some of you up there.
