Successfully completed a single-visit root canal on a mandibular first molar with a fractured lingual wall. This was a referral case where the lingual wall had unfortunately been lost during previous treatment, but we managed to restore it through careful access preparation, gingivectomy, and a solid core build-up following thorough instrumentation and disinfection. 🦷🚀
