I did break the endodontic file, and I removed it. For we never know when unexpected things happen. 😅
This case was a crack tooth on the maxillary 2nd molar with pulpitis, looking simple, but endo has never been simple. 😅
I removed the file using the TFRK set, followed by 3D obturation, and finished with the core build up. 😃

Single visit root canal treatment in mandibular 1st Molar with unfinished endo 🦷

Previous approach to treat the canal was not done yet eventhough the patient had visited the operator for several visits. It seems, the canal was thin and narrow.
To tackle the issue, i started by removing the old filling, canal instrumentation, 3D obturation, up to final restoration 🧠

A Referral patient, came with pulpitis after having attempted a vital pulp therapy, but unsuccessful. Then, the single visit endodontic treatment was done. It turns out that the canals were long and curved. 🧠

Finishing the unfinished endodontic treatment in a single visit 🦷

This molar had unfinished endo, pain on percussion, & obscured orifices. So, i started by removing all the old filling and caries remnants, followed by rebuilding the missing distal wall (rewalling), continued to shape - disinfect - fill all canals, and finished by building a core build-up 🚀
