We would like to make you aware of a few changes at our practice due to the latest Government COVID-19 Regulations.
• If you have any symptoms of respiratory illness such as a cough, cold or flu please contact the practice prior to your visit as we may need to postpone your appointment.
• There is no longer a requirement to wear face coverings in the practice unless advised to do so by a member of our team. We will provide you with a mask should one be required.
• Kindly complete your medical forms online via the email sent to you prior to your appointment. If you do not have access to emails, please advise us and a paper copy will be ready for completion upon your arrival.
• Hand sanitiser must be used upon your entry and departure.
