Pay: Excellent rates (CIS paid) – negotiable based on experience
Moorlands Property Services are looking for experienced multi-skilled tradesmen and single trades to join our growing team. Our work is showing no signs of slowing down and we are in constant need of new trades to keep up with the fast flow of work.
Must have driving licence and access to own vehicle.
About the Role
We are seeking reliable and skilled individuals capable of:
Removing and refitting small kitchens in domestic properties,
Working on back-to-back projects alongside another team,
Carrying out full electrical work (installation, alterations, and connections) related to kitchen fitting,
Carrying out plumbing work including pipework and appliance connections,
Tiling and plastering small areas (e.g. splashbacks and patch repairs),
Delivering high-quality work to a professional finish,
Requirements
Proven experience in kitchen fitting and general property maintenance.
Skills across: joinery, plastering, full electrical work, and plumbing
Relevant electrical qualifications/certification preferred (e.g. NICEIC, NAPIT or equivalent)
Ability to work independently and to a high standard
Own tools and van essential
Photos/examples of previous work required
Must be eligible for CIS payments
