What a day! Our team spent Friday learning, sharing ideas and getting creative with a full day of education and brainstorming 💡🦷

It was a great opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, reflect on what we do, share ideas and work together on how we can continue to improve as a team. 🙌

And, of course, we couldn’t finish the day without a little competition… axe throwing! 🪓😂

Plenty of laughs, some questionable throwing techniques and a lot of team spirit!
