Is pleased to announce that Serephina has done it again!!! The two children she visited last week have successfully and quite painlessly given up their dummies! We have a 100% success rate with visits from Serephina and Balthazar so far so if any of your friends need help with their little ones giving up for good please send them my way and we can line up a visit from one of my fairy friends ###

Sorry it's been so long, I hope this finds you all well and full of magic.... My swimming hat has been keeping me very busy but this week I seem to have had a rush of orders. This week I will have sent out 2 letters from Paige wishing Happy Birthday's, 1 from Serephina and 1 from Balthazar as it's time to give up some dummies. I would love to spend more time with them all but I'm just so busy ###

Good morning letters fans and hello to all my new likers...
as a little heads up it's cheaper to buy the letters through my website www.lovegruffels.co.uk as we have to pay less fees.
Today I will be wearing 2 hats- my swimming hat is preparing for a crash course next week and my letters hat has two flossy letters to write and some very important party bags to take to the post office :)

I don't know what to do LoveGruffels fans... I've had a lady pay for a letter and then not respond to my emails so I can't personalise it. I think I'm just going to have to refund her the money...
