An interesting UR7 root canal treatment where careful endodontic planning and precision were essential. 🦷

A necrotic upper second molar with three canals and a challenging almost 90° distal apical turn — a beautiful example of why understanding the individual 3D anatomy of every tooth matters.

CBCT assessment helped us visualise the complexity before treatment, allowing careful negotiation, preparation and obturation while respecting the natural canal anatomy.
