Emergency for the general dentist 🆘
Always found these to be quite time consuming to get right. Thought I would share a simple case of trying a new circumferential matrix by .uk for teeth missing multiple walls.
Left the existing pin in place to avoid risk to pulp. The matrix is quite thin and allows for quick and easier formation of shape without excessive distortion.
Can reasonable Isolation sometimes be achieved achieved without rubber dam?!🤭

Immediate implant case 🎄
This lovely lady had severe vertical bone loss so complex vertical bone grafting was avoided by immediate implant placement. Nobel active implants were used to get immediate high stability in compromised bone situations.
