في ثمانينيات القرن الماضي…
كنت أقدّم وأستضيف عمداء كليات الطب وطب الأسنان والصيدلة والتمريض على شاشة تلفزيون الجمهورية العراقية.

هناك تعلّمنا، على يد الأستاذ الراحل كامل الدباغ في برنامج «العلم للجميع»، أن تبسيط العلم رسالة… لا مجرد مهنة.

لم أكن أتخيّل أن رحلتي ستقودني يومًا إلى الذكاء الاصطناعي الطبي.

لكنني أؤمن اليوم أن الخيط كان واحدًا منذ البداية:
أن يبقى العلم قريبًا من الإنسان.

من التلفزيون الأبيض والأسود… إلى عصر الخوارزميات الذكية.

لم يعد السؤال:
أي علاج نختار؟

بل أصبح:
هل نعرف النتيجة… قبل أن نجرّب؟

تُبنى على المعرفة، والخبرة، وحدس الطبيب.

اليوم، تدخل الخوارزميات بهدوء…
تقرأ، تحلّل، وتقترح.

لكن السؤال لم يعد:
هل التوصية دقيقة؟

بل أصبح:
لمن يعود القرار… فعلاً؟

حين نثق في الإجابة أكثر مما نفهمها،
نكون قد بدأنا بالتنازل عن شيءٍ أعمق من القرار…

نكون قد تنازلنا عن مسؤوليتنا.
