After years of gut problems, I follow this "Gutology" brand.
There is a lot said for the oral microbiome, aswell as the gut microbiome.
We attack our microbiome everyday, with all the stresses of modern life; toxins; antibiotics; and so much more.
These days, I try and reduce excessive fluoride use for my patients (still using it where best indicated), avoid excessive antibiotic use (not always easy) and do our best to protect the microbiome.
Sugar too, feeds the bacteria - leading to overgrowth of S. Mutans that causes cavities.
I am not sure how much demand there is, but, I might order some of this Toothpaste in - it contains Hydroxyapatite instead of fluoride.
