No Judgement!
When you come to see me I am not going to ‘tell you off’. It saddens me when I hear patients say this because it tells me they have not had the best previous experiences.
I want you to know my role is to help you improve your dental/oral health by giving you the information, advising you how we can work together to improve things, why it’s important for your health in a way which fits in with your individual needs and lifestyle.

We are all human, doing our best to live busy lives and I understand this. I too have a busy family life so I always try and find solutions to help you get the routine which works best for YOU and YOUR needs.

SPF is a daily must!!
We have such a high prevalence of skin cancer here in the south west and as a red head I can’t afford to miss this out of my daily routine.

Risk factors for developing skin cancer are;
🧡Being fair skinned
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦Family history of skin cancer
🔥Having sunburn as a child
And of course spending a lot of time outside!

🧴Get creamed up before you head outside with at least SPF 30 and include your lips. Wear a hat and check your skin regularly for any changes.

If you are worried about any moles or areas of skin on your head/face book for an examination where I will carry out cancer screening and I can refer you on if this is needed.

Enjoy the sun but take care ☀️

After a sleepless night with my 2yr old the second coffee was needed today! 😴

I live for my morning coffee but it can get into the enamel and any fillings you have causing unwanted stains. Nothing a good hygiene appointment can’t handle, so if you love your coffee, come see me to brighten your smile again. 💎

Friday was a day at the dining table for a brilliant tooth whitening course with 💎 Diane was really great and I can’t wait to help my patients brighten their already gorgeous smiles!! 💕 the day was topped off with a social dinner with the crew 🥂
