Complex cases like this remind us why endodontics is as much an art as it is a science 🦷

This LR7 presented with extremely challenging anatomy, including fusion of the medial canals and pronounced S-shaped medial roots—making access, negotiation, and shaping particularly demanding.

A huge shoutout to our heroic patient who sat comfortably for nearly 3 hours while we carefully completed the endodontic treatment. Patience from both sides makes these outcomes possible.

The tooth has now been referred back to the GDP for the final crown, restoring strength and function.

Every complex canal system tells a story—and this one certainly kept us on our toes.

This lovely patient came to see us feeling unhappy with her smile due to severe tooth wear and failing veneers. She wanted something that looked natural, felt comfortable, and would last long-term.

We began by carefully rebuilding her lower teeth using composite to restore their strength and shape. Her failing veneers were then replaced with zirconia crowns, designed to blend seamlessly with her natural smile.

Before placing the final crowns, we created temporary crowns that closely mirrored the final result. This allowed her gums to stay healthy, ensured everything was easy to keep clean, and gave her the opportunity to feel confident in her new smile every step of the way.

The result is a healthy, natural, and confident smile — and most importantly, a patient who feels like herself again. 💫
