Freshwater Dental Practice is looking for a friendly, professional, and patient-focused Receptionist to join our busy NHS dental practice on a full-time basis.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the reception.

We're looking for someone who is:
• Friendly, approachable, and compassionate
• Organised with excellent communication skills
• Confident using computer systems and managing appointments
• Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Experienced in a reception or customer service role (dental or healthcare experience is an advantage but not essential)
