Recruiting Trainee/ qualified dental nurse

Duns Dental Care (DDC) is a new Dental practice that opened in February 2023 at 4 Murray Street, Duns, TD11 3DE, within NHS Borders.
DDC is looking for enthusiastic, ethical, proactive, team players to join our vibrant team. We intend to build a strong team based on trust, dedication, and mutual support to provide quality dental service for our patients.
The practice is brand new with all latest equipment and facilities. We will be open Monday to Thursday 8.30 am till 5.30 pm and 8.30 am till 5 pm on a Friday.
We have the following full-time/ part-time positions available;
Dental Nurse (qualified or trainee)
Looking for a trainee or qualified dental nurse to perform dental nursing and reception duties as required. Ideal candidate will look to progress their career within the organization. Previous experience in dental nursing desired, but not essential, in-house training given to fresh candidates.
Dental Hygienist / Therapist
Dental hygienist/ Therapist. GDC registration essential. Flexible working hours between 1- 2 days per week.
Practice will be offering a very competitive rate of pay to the right candidate. Immediate start

It is with great regret that we announce that there has been an act of vandalism on our practice. We are hugely disappointed with this. We are trying our best to bring a much needed NHS Dental service to the area despite the huge challenges faced in recruitment and current economic conditions. We are trying to serve the local community. If this is what we get in return- we are hugely concerned . I hope the culprits will be accounted for. This might have a knock on effect on our services next week.

Practice Manager

Experienced dental nurses looking for a career progression or a different role. Full support given by experienced principal dentist.
Practice will be offering a very competitive rate of pay to the right candidate. Late December/Early January start.
