🎉 We’re excited to announce that our brand-new mydentist Cardiff practice located at City Link Retail Park is now open, following a £2.3 million investment. 🎉

The new site on Newport Road brings together three former practices on Countisbury Avenue, Quay Street and Splott Road into one modern and accessible location. Tayer Witchell, Practice Manager and the wider team are now operating from a practice that features 19 state-of-the-art surgeries, advanced technology, improved travel links, as well as full wheelchair and disabled access.

This move marks a notable enhancement for the circa 17,800+ patients in the Cardiff community - offering a wider range of treatments in a welcoming and comfortable environment. Services include NHS dental care, affordable private treatment options via the mydentist myoptions service, hygiene appointments and cosmetic treatments such as whitening, teeth straightening and the mydentist smile makeover.

🌟 Supporting children and families with oral health in Bridlington 🌟

Today, we’re shining a light on the fantastic work being done in Bridlington to support children and families' oral health.

Hannah Little and Amy Gage, Oral Health Educators at mydentist Bridlington, spend much of their time out in the community, not only speaking with parents within their local community hubs, but also visiting schools and nurseries to help little ones learn good toothbrushing habits from an early age. Their friendly, practical approach makes everyday oral health feel simple and achievable for individuals and families of all ages.

They’re supported by Ingrid Perry MBE, Oral Health Prevention Lead at mydentist, who works closely with teams across the country to strengthen prevention work in communities like Bridlington.
