Composite bonding is a cosmetic dental treatment that uses thin layers of tooth-coloured composite resin to improve the appearance of your teeth. The composite resin is placed over the surface of the tooth to fill cracks, repair broken teeth, fill gaps and improve discoloured teeth.

After 12 months of treatment with upper and lower self-ligating braces, the result is a beautifully aligned smile and a very happy patient. Self-ligating braces are a type of fixed brace that use a built-in clip to hold the wire in place, helping guide teeth into their ideal position throughout treatment.

This smile transformation was achieved with treatment planned by Dr Sally Alwan and supported throughout by Orthodontic Therapist Rachael Hartley. It's a brilliant example of teamwork and professional care, with fantastic results and newfound confidence.

📍 Weston-super-Mare, we've opened the doors to our brand-new mydentist practice 🎉

We're excited to announce the opening of our new mydentist Weston-super-Mare practice at Gallagher Retail Park.

Bringing together our former Oxford Street and Beaconsfield Road practices, the new practice has been designed with patient comfort, accessibility and clinical excellence in mind.

Officially opened by Chelsea Pearce, Practice Manager and her team, it marks a significant enhancement for the local community, bringing improved access to dental care for more than 15,000 registered patients.

Patients can now benefit from 13 surgeries, advanced digital pathways, CBCT scanning technology, dedicated treatment coordinator rooms, free parking and improved accessibility, alongside an expanded range of treatments including endodontics, implants, aligners and comprehensive cosmetic services.
