Black is probably the most unforgiving colour when showing blemishes, so it’s quite rewarding when you get a nice glossy finish with it.
Nothing out of the oridinary design-wise, but the simplicity works and helps demonstrate how clean it looks. Very satisfying.

We’re not hiding anything……
No rough surfaces, sharp edges or unsightly air bubbles.
A well finished appliance will be easier for the patient to care off. Reducing the chance of bacteria adhering to the surfaces will help maintain hygiene.

Defined margins, minimal drag around teeth, all required soft tissue captured including frenums.

We have a range of splints/guards available depending on your patients requirements and preferences.

Pictured is our 2mm hard biteguard.
Crystal clear (which always looks nice…) and clean which is important as it helps the patient maintain it themselves. A splint with a cloudy, pitted surface will be more likely to harbour bacteria, which could lead to increased possibility of infection. Very important to provide a clean, clear, smooth appliance.

Another upload trying to catch up on the backlog of pics this past few months. As everything is pretty much unique we try to capture at least a still image before it leaves the lab. When trying to describe a colour combo, font style or image layout, we’ve found it easier to have a reference point. Even if it’s just to show the colour contrasts the lab images have been a handy resource. A subtle difference in font style can make a big difference to the final piece.

Both existing and future clients, feel free to use our images as a visual aid for patients. Other labs, drop us a line and we’ll make you your own demos😉👌🏻
