On Wednesday, staff had a fantastic Customer Service Training Day with Sara from Hodos Training. With over a decade of experience in luxury, customer-facing environments including five-star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants, Sara brought a wealth of knowledge and practical insight to our team.

Through interactive training exercises and engaging seminars, we explored the importance of creating a positive first impression, the best ways to greet and communicate with our patients, active listening, and how to make every interaction feel professional, welcoming and personal.

For us, great orthodontic care goes beyond the treatment itself. Every interaction matters, and this training is another step towards our mission of providing the very best possible patient experience from the moment you walk through our doors. 💚

And, of course, it was a brilliant opportunity for our team to learn, laugh and bond together along the way! 🥰

A huge thank you to Sara for such an insightful and enjoyable day and we can’t wait to implement what we’ve learned!

Same twins, four years apart 🌱

Back in 2022, these two came to see us and we said “not yet”. They were simply too young for treatment, so instead of rushing anything, we kept a close eye on how they were growing and waited for the right moment. Fast forward to today and we finally get to say “let’s go”. They’re starting their smile journey together, and we couldn’t be prouder to be part of it. It’s never too early to check your child’s smile, and if they’re not ready yet, that’s absolutely fine. We’ll know exactly when to bring them back!

A great Friday out for the Orchard Orthodontics team!

We spent the afternoon at clueQuest | Escape Room in London , putting our teamwork and problem-solving skills to the test as we competed to solve the puzzles and escape. Safe to say, there was plenty of laughter and a bit of healthy competition!

We then headed out for a lovely meal together to finish off the day.

A big thank you to Dr Sadiq for organising such a lovely outing! It was a great chance for the team to spend time together outside of work and bring the team closer.

Working together as a team helps us provide the best possible care for our patients, and days like this make that even more special 💚💙
