It’s a common misconception that it’s harder to straighten teeth with removable braces. Whilst fixed braces can be a good alternative to moving teeth. Invisalign aligners have a proven track record of being able to treat crowded teeth, predictably, comfortably, and in a way that will fit in with your lifestyle.

Sometimes we choose to remove teeth to relieve crowding. We can also straighten your teeth without extractions in most adult treatments.

If you are having a lot of dentistry, or complex dentistry – it’s worth exploring whether you would benefit from pre-treatment alignment first, in order to get the best outcomes.

*We recommend lifelong retention, and many patients will have the reassurance of a fixed retainer (thin silver wire) at the end of treatment alongside removable retainers that they wear at night.
