Under-eye rejuvenation for tired looking eyes

The under-eye area requires careful, case-by-case assessment to understand which anatomical structures may benefit from support and restoration.

In this case, a small amount of dermal filler was strategically placed to address volume loss and soften the lid–cheek transition. Precision is key in this area to minimise the risk of puffiness or swelling and to achieve a natural-looking result.

The patient was pleased with the outcome and opted for skin regenerative treatments to help support collagen, improve skin texture, and address crepiness—concerns that are not treated with dermal filler alone.
