As a level 5 practitioner, I can needle to a depth of 2.5mm. BUT deeper isn't always better! Choose a practitioner who knows what areas need what depths and why!
As a trained aesthetician, I understand how to find the pre-needling glow and make sure you get the results you're looking for. Each technique targets a different concern and generates a different end result, such as stamping, pin point bleeding, cross hatching, and circular repetition.
If someone comes out with a bowl of water and sponges, run... using dirty water and reused sponges on skin is a no-no! All of my treatments are done with heated towels that are warmed and kept in an ozone setting so that they stay fresh and clean. This is essential in delivering safe and effective microneedling treatments.
