We are pleased to announce our latest course - Patient Relationship Sales Workshop 2027.

A practical 2-day workshop for practice managers, TCOs, front-of-house teams and dental nurses who want to build stronger patient relationships, communicate with greater confidence and improve case acceptance through an ethical, patient-centred approach.

You will learn how to:
• Build trust while approaching sales ethically and confidently
• Adapt your communication to different patients and treatment situations
• Create stronger, more meaningful patient connections
• Uncover the deeper needs and concerns behind treatment decisions
• Understand the factors influencing patient hesitation and behaviour
