No Insoles in this post 🦶

But alot of walking...

Emily and I wanted to finish off our 3 peaks challenge - We did Ben Nevis and Snowdon last year, and for this one at Scarfell Pike we had our sidekick with us

Holly isnt a huge walking fan so suggested to help her and help a charity close to our hearts we raise some money for Myeloma UK -my mum was diagnosed and has been living and fighting myeloma for over 17 years now

We raised over £500 in just a few days

And she smashed it ❤

It was freezing at the top which was actually nice 🤣

I'm so proud of them. made it look way too easy 🚶‍♀️🥾

And we all had insoles in. Obvs 🦶🦶

The highest altitude insole recommendation ever! 🇳🇵🗻

These were made for a wonderful and hardcore woman who met a customer of mine, another wonderful and hardcore woman, during the Everest marathon

They talked feet - as you do 👣 and she came to see me for some custom insoles last week

I am in total awe of their massive achievement. These will be there for the next adventure.

I've mixed up the densities as normal - different stiffness and thicknesses of Eva foam to suit the person, their feet and activity

I made these insoles for Sabine for plantar fasciitis relief 👣

We managed to successfully fit 1 device into 5 different shoes 💪

I always try and make a pair that can be moved between multiple different shoes. Lovely Sabine felt really comfy and is back to Padel as soon as possible ❤

Insoles for Plantar fasciitis 🦶🦶

These were made and fitted for someone with Plantar fasciitis. The extra bit of blue peeking put is a soft layer for added cushioning. The lighter eva is also softer but adds structure. The black eva is pretty stiff

The combination gives me the ability to make the insole cushioned and bouncy with loads of support too.

This customer has had lots of off the shelf insoles that havent worked. This is the first insole that actually interfaces with his arch properly 🤓

High arches need support too ⬆️👍

Often foot support is associated with flat or over pronated feet. But high arched feet can have their own issues 🤓

These were made for a very high and rigid foot type to manage some plantar fasciitis 🙋‍♀️

All feet types could benefit from well made insoles

Feet are never the same 🦶

Sam came to see me as he has a difference between the left and right feet, and the left side is a bit of a problem all the way up to his lower back 😬

We have started with a pretty structured and stiff insole as he is already accustomed to insoles and is exerting a significant amount of force through them 🤓

So the layers of these are fairly rigid. He liked the feeling of contact on the arch as the previous insoles (made in a different way elsewhere) were not coming close to giving enough support 👣

I made these for the absolutely wonderful ❤ I didnt want her to leave

These are for her running shoes 🏃‍♀️

I've added an extra layer of cushioning on these

We also did a little ski boot tweek 🤓

And I think they look amazing. Tell me what you think?

I made these for a young woman who is suffering some pain in her feet, legs and and knees. In particular the right knee. And guess what? That right foot was in a world all of it's own 🤣🤓

So insoles were made. Not too stiff but lots of cushioned support 💪

These have gone in her football boots and everyday shoes ⚽️
