Today we present a full bilateral Class II case that many clinicians would typically manage with sequential distalisation, TADs, or appliances such as Carriere Motion. Instead, through precise diagnosis and carefully executed biomechanical planning, we achieved this outcome in just 31 aligners, relying solely on Class II elastics, maxillary expansion, and upper first molar derotation. This was made possible because diagnosis, patient timing, and treatment planning were the key determinants of success 🔑
