A case of multiple molar restorations & premolar endo & resto , there was a tmj pain & muscle loosening due to sevral missings _ starting with left side as a primary ression spot a preparation from canine & 1st molar - canine composite tan of labial side was added to a 3 unit brigde based on 1st molar as an abuntment supported on lingual of the prepared canine on the other side.
N.b:case began to progress & respond , hoping to eliminate muscle & tmj chief complaint when finshing right lowers in the same manner .
حالة حشوات متعددة للضروس وتعويض الاسنان المفقودة بجسر مع معالجة عصب لبعضهم مع مراعاة ان الحالة عانت مشاكل مفصل الفك وضعف العضلات لاختلاف العضة والتطابق بها .

Gingivectomy Post & core then crowning of a left central incisor after failure of that single unit in a previous single units from canine to canine singles prothetics.
N.b: gingival differnce & uplifting in the working side . 🤷
دعامة وطربوش بعد قطع للثة ف القاطع الامامي بعد اختيار اللون المناسب للتركيبات المجاورة والحفاظ علي العمل السابق للحالة .

A case of post & core of upper left central incisor folled by crowning , multiple endo & restorations of premolars then scaing &root planning folloed by an upper & lower class v aggressive subgingival caries treated by caries removal & composite restoratons were performed =-~ &then walla..
حالة تم عمل دعامة للقاطع الامامي الايسر وتعم عمل تركيبة بورسلين للتغطية ، تم عمل حشو عصب وتغطية بالفك الاعلي والسفلي ومعالجة تسوسات بمستوي موازي للثة وتحتها بحشو مماثل للون السن بناء علي طلب المريض والحالة مبينة بالصور المرفقة .

A case where the patient refused ortho ttt & the gum was covering about third of the crown so went for correcting gingival contour surgically(gigivectomy) & after healing proper preparation to recieve composite veneer was performed , tricky manipulation of width & visuals .
Using ivoclar kit with multiple shades .
مريضة ترفض اجراء تقويم ومع مرور الوقت غطت اللثة ما يقارب ثلث السن ، بعد مناقشة خطة العلاج تم اجراء جراحة رفع وتشكيل للثة لوضعها الاصلي بالسن المطلوب وبعدها تم عمل حشو مناسب لما تتطلبه الحالة .

Full mouth rehabilitation including:
Endo ttt , build ups , fixed & removable prothesis .
Acceptable result according to patient demands & financials .
حالة تم فيها إعادة الفك العلوي والسفلي إلي الحالة الطبيعية باستخدام حشو عصب وعدة حشوات عادية وتم عمل تركيبة ثابتة بالفك الاسفل وتركيبة متحركة بالفك العلوي لتعويض الاجزاء المفقودة .
مشكور جهد المعمل مع العلم ان خطة العلاج طبقا لطلب المريض .
