🚨🚨 A tooth fractured beyond saving…
But the solution was faster and stronger than expected 💥🦷
Lower left first molar extraction due to a deep fracture extending into the furcation area.
The tooth was hopeless and required extraction, followed by immediate implant placement in the same session 👌
Additional bone grafting was needed around the implant to preserve the surrounding bone and ensure better long-term stability 🔥

🚨 ضرس مكسور لدرجة إن الإنقاذ بقى مستحيل…
لكن الحل كان أسرع وأقوى من المتوقع 💥🦷
تم خلع الضرس السادس السفلي الشمال بسبب كسر عميق واصل لمنطقة الـ furcation
وتمت الزراعة الفورية في نفس الجلسة للحفاظ على العظم وتقليل وقت العلاج 👌
وكمان احتجنا نضيف عظم حوالين الزرعة علشان نحافظ على العظم ونضمن ثبات قوي ونتيجة أفضل على المدى البعيد 🔥

A root canal… that ended in disaster.

Patient presented with severe, persistent pain in a previously treated tooth.
Radiographic assessment revealed a catastrophic endodontic failure:
-Root perforation
-Gutta-percha extruded into the furcation area
-Severe loss of inner root wall due to over-instrumentation
-Presence of a broken file داخل القناة
At this point, the tooth was no longer restorable.

💡 Treatment Decision:
Atraumatic extraction followed by immediate implant placement to preserve bone and maintain optimal esthetics and function.

حشو عصب بسيط… اتحول لكارثة حقيقية.
المريض حضر وهو بيعاني من ألم شديد ومستمر في سن معمول له علاج عصب قبل كده.
بالفحص والأشعة، اتضح وجود الآتي في علاج العصب:
-ثقب (Perforation) في الجذر
-خروج الجوتا بركا في منطقة الـ furcation
-فقدان شديد في الجدار الداخلي للجذر نتيجة الـ over-instrumentation
-وجود أداة مكسورة داخل القناة
في الحالة دي، السن كان غير قابل للترميم نهائيًا.
💡 قرار العلاج:
تم خلع السن بطريقة atraumatic، مع زراعة فورية للحفاظ على العظم وتحقيق أفضل نتيجة وظيفية وتجميلية.

لو بتعاني من ألم بعد حشو العصب… متتجاهلوش.

مش كل كسر في الأسنان الأمامية معناه تلبيسات أو حلول كبيرة!"

الحالة دي كانت فيها تسوس وكسر واضح في الأسنان الأمامية…
الهدف ماكنش بس نقفل الفراغ، الهدف كان نرجّع: ✨ الشكل الطبيعي
✨ التناسق بين الأسنان
✨ نقطة التلامس الصح
✨ ولثة صحية بدون تهيّج

تم إزالة التسوس وتحضير محافظ جدًا،
