علاج جذور لحاله ذائده لثويه 🦷

خطوات علاج ضرس يعاني من نمو زائد للثة (Gingival Polyp) وتآكل في الجدران، حيث تم اتباع بروتوكول دقيق لإعادة التأهيل:

• مرحلة ازاله اللثه (Gingivectomy): اجراء بسيط وبدون ألم بإزالة الزوائد اللثوية وتنظيف التسوس لإظهار حدود الضرس السليمة.
• بناء الجدران (Build-up): استعادة حواف الضرس المفقودة باستخدام الحشوات التجميلية لتوفير عزل تام وضمان نجاح التعقيم.
• العزل التام (Rubber Dam): استخدام الحاجز المطاطي لمنع وصول البكتيريا أو اللعاب أثناء العمل.
• علاج الجذور (RCT): تنظيف وتشكيل القنوات بدقة، ثم الحشو النهائي للعصب لضمان إحكام الغلق ومنع حدوث أي التهابات مستقبلية.
