female patient came to the clinic complaining of very severe pain in the lower jaw on the left side. After examination and x-rays, we found that there was a Amalgam filling touching the gums and a molar with nerve inflammation, and we began work immediately.

اكتر الحاجات اللي ممكن تسبب رائحه فم كريهه وتراجع اللثه عن الاسنان ويسبب تسوس أيضا ف الاسنان هو الجير علي عكس ما بنسمع من بعض المرضي ان الجير دا بيمسك السنه وبيجمدها دي معلومه غلط الكتير من الناس معتقده كده اقدر اقولك ان لازم علي الاقل لو انت مش مدخن تزور عيادة الاسنان كل ٦ شهور من أجل فحص أسنانك وعمل جلسه تنظيف ولو انت مدخن بقا يبقا كل ٣ شهور🤍🦷

يتم تركيب حافظة مسافات بعد قلع السن للمحافظة على فراغ هذا السن، وكذلك لمنع الاسنان المجاورة من التحرك لتعبئة هذا الفراغ وتثبيتها في مكانها حتى بزوغ السن الدائم.كثيراً ما يتم تركيب حافظات المسافات عند الأطفال، وذلك في حال فقد الاسنان اللبنية قبل الأوان لأي سبب من الأسباب. ذي الحاله دي طفله عندها ٤ سنين ونصف وطبعا لسه علي الاسنان الدائمه اكتر من ٤ او ٥ سنين علي ما تتكون وتبدأ تخرج فكان لازم نركب حافظ المسافه عشان كده منستسهلش بخلع اسنان اطفلنا مبكرا وذي ما بنسمع ونقول كده كده هيطلع بدلهم ولكن الخلع المبكر قبل تكوين الاسنان الدائمه يسبب مشاكل ف الاسنان الدائمه ذي ممكن ندخل بقا ف مشاكل تقويم ومشاكل خلع اسنان مدفونه ف حافظ علي اسنان اطفالك ومتستسهلش بالخلع المبكر 😅❤✌
