أجرينا اليوم عملية جراحية بسيطة ودقيقة في عيادة الأسنان، وهي حالة تُذكّرنا بأنه مهما كان الأمر، لا يجب الاستهانة به حتى لو كنا على دراية بقدراتنا.
كان لدينا نسيج حبيبي نما داخل السن رقم 36، وكان لا بد من فصله وإزالته يدويًا من مكانه.
بفضل مساعدة جراح الأسنان الماهر والمؤهل تأهيلاً عالياً، الدكتور منات الله ضياء، تمكّنا بنجاح من إزالة السن والنسيج الرخو المتبقي المصاب. إليكم بعض الصور السريرية التي ستوضح لكم العملية.

We had a serious minor surgery today at the dental office , a case that reminds that whatever it is don't underestimate it even if you know your capabilities.
We had a granulation tissue that growed inside of tooth number 36 and had to be manually separated and removed from its socket.
By the help of the talented and highly qualified dental surgeon Dr/ Mennat-Allah Diaa we successfully removed and excavated the tooth and the pathotic remaining soft tissue respectively here are some clinical photos that will guide you through the process

Heute hatten wir in der Zahnarztpraxis einen kleineren, aber dennoch wichtigen Eingriff. Dieser Fall erinnert uns daran, dass man nichts unterschätzen sollte, selbst wenn man seine Fähigkeiten gut einschätzt.
In Zahn 36 hatte sich Granulationsgewebe gebildet, das manuell gelöst und aus dem Zahnfach entfernt werden musste. Dank der Unterstützung des talentierten und hochqualifizierten Zahnarztes Dr. Mennat-Allah Diaa konnten wir den Zahn und das restliche pathologische Weichgewebe erfolgreich entfernen.
